Trying to get back on your feet can be difficult!

I know its been awhile and just though i would let you know what i was up to!

Lately I've been trying to get back onto my feet in many ways; health wise, financially, & going to school. I know I've talked about getting my butt back in school and i am going to do this come hell or high water! I think I'm going to wait and apply next year, when things settle down so that i know i can give it my all. As my close friends know, i want to go into criminal justice/criminal profiling and a very high goal for me; working for the FBI. Yes i finally figured out what I want to do!! Can't you just see it "Agent Laurella"...ha ha, i can! I want to focus on the criminal psychology and profiling aspect of it; I find it fascinating!

As for health wise, joined a gym with my bestest friend Meagan and her sisters and usually i last maybe two weeks and get sick of it, so far its been 3, going on 4 weeks now! Yes i want to lose weight FOR SURE but i really really just want to be healthy...not lose my breath doing the simplest things that most people can do. And i want to tone up, not wave involuntarily because its my arm flab waving for me! So I'm determined to do this and proud of myself!

Financially, my close friends/family know whats going on with me there and i really think it will be for the best....a fresh start and i like the sound of that!

Other than these 3 things....nothing to report! I will be needing to find another job here this week to supplement our income because of my on again/off again employment with the IRS. I love that job, and the pay is awesome but i need to find something to work during the day, and during these fun furlough times I'm so fond of (can you hear the sarcasm!)

My sister is now in her 3rd trimester...and I'm so excited!!! Cried while looking at the baby registry! I think its just taking awhile to reallllly sink in that I'm going to be a ,by blood, auntie! :) 

Mine and Josiah's 6yr anniversary is coming up in September! Crazy right!? But I'm so excited....counting down the time! Love you honey!

Joint Birthday Partay

Every year my family gets together to celebrate 4 birthdays that fall within weeks of eachother. Tyler,Josiah,Jake and Kaily and here are some pictures i wanted to share with you from that day.

Josiahs Birthday

Josiahs birthday was lots of fun! I actually just recently changed my schedule and i have every other thursday off...loving it so far! But his birthday was on the 28th, i decided instead of wrapping presents and just giving them to him that i would try something different; so i decided to do a scavenger hunt! I hid his presents all around outside and he had clues on where to find them...i unfortuneatly forgot to take pictures so sorry about that; but we did go golfing at Eagle Lake Golf course and it was tons of fun other than my numb toes :)
